Richard B. Cheney a notable public servant and entrepreneur is vice-president of the United States. Cheney, a well-known face in Washington politics, worked with four presidents from the United States. George W. Bush is the fourth. Bush picked Cheney as his vice president running mate in July 2000 citing his insight judgment and experience. Dick Cheney has served our country as chief of staff to a president served in the United States Congress as well as [working] as secretary of defense. Both Republicans and Democrats respect him for his integrity. Cheney claims that he sees his role in the Obama administration as of an open and honest adviser to Bush. Cheney stated that, when he decided to accept the Republican nomination as vice president Cheney was looking forward to being a part of a president who would work with all parties in order to accomplish his goals. He will collaborate with opponents with trust and respect. Richard Bruce Cheney born Jan 30th, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska, the son Richard Herbert Cheney the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. In the age of thirteen Richard and his family moved across Nebraska, eventually moving to Casper which was where his dad worked as the head of Casper's U.S. Department of Agriculture local soil conservation district.
